Weine aus Mâcon-Milly-Lamartine : Die wichtigsten Punkte

Die Appellation Mâcon-Milly-Lamartine befindet sich zwischen den Gemeinden Berzé-la-Ville, Berzé-le-Châtel, Milly-Lamartine und Sologny. Wie alle Village Appellationen im Mâconais wird auch Mâcon-Milly-Lamartine geprägt von den Kalkmergel Böden, es gibt hier noch eine Besonderheit, das sind Kalkböden mit Muschelfossilien aus dem Gryphea. Die Weine der Appellation entwickeln sich blumig, etwas pflanzlich, mit Noten von Anis und reifen Früchten, sie sind am Gaumen leicht balsamisch. Mit etwas Reife werden die Weine konzentriert und bleiben trotzdem frisch und fruchtig mit sehr guter Spannung am Gaumen.
